For n3,n \ge 3, (n1)an=a1++an1.(n - 1)a_n = a_1 + \cdots + a_{n-1}. Then an+1=(n1)an+ann=an, a_{n+1} = \dfrac{(n-1)a_n + a_n}{n} = a_n, so the sequence is constant from a3a_3 onward. Hence a3=a9=99.a_3 = a_9 = 99.
